Welcome to Peter Estate. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, website, and software provided under the Peter Estate brand (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using our services, you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Our Services

Peter Estate provides full-service Airbnb property management and digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Property listing optimization

  • Guest communication and support

  • Cleaning and maintenance coordination

  • Custom branded mini-sites under the domain yourname.peterestate.com

  • Marketing and promotional services

Some services may be delivered in partnership with Digital Onecore, our official tech partner.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate property and identity information

  • Maintain compliance with all local property rental laws and tax requirements

  • Allow us access to manage listings, bookings, and guest communication on your behalf

  • Cover costs related to third-party services (e.g., cleaning, repairs) as agreed

  • Inform us of any property changes, maintenance issues, or guest restrictions

4. Fees and Payments

  • No upfront cost is required for clients using the hosted peterestate.com subdomain site option.

  • A separate fee applies for custom standalone websites.

  • Management fees are charged as a percentage of your property’s monthly revenue, as agreed in your onboarding terms.

  • All costs for cleaning, maintenance, and marketing are billed separately and transparently, with no markup.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and branding on the Peter Estate website, including subdomain sites, are owned by or licensed to Peter Estate. You may not copy, use, or distribute this content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to offer consistent and high-quality services, we are not liable for:

  • Loss of income due to market fluctuations or booking platform policies

  • Guest behavior or property damage (covered by host platform policies where applicable)

  • Service interruptions due to external systems or force majeure

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to any notice period or obligations specified in the onboarding agreement. Subdomain websites will be deactivated upon termination unless otherwise arranged.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell or misuse client or guest information.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
