Identifies and researches abandoned coastal properties across Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Italy. Conducts site visits, engages local agents and municipalities, and reports opportunities back to the founding team for assessment and option negotiation.

Investor Relations Manager
Remote
Manages relationships with existing and prospective investors across the African diaspora community. Handles enquiries, coordinates onboarding into SPV structures, and keeps investors informed throughout the project lifecycle with clear, timely updates.
Community & Partnership Lead
Remote
Builds and nurtures Peter Estate's network within African diaspora communities across Europe. Identifies community organisations, influencers, and cultural groups to partner with — growing investor pipeline and brand trust through authentic relationships.
Project Manager — Development
Remote / On-Site
Oversees active development projects from planning approval through to construction completion and community handover. Manages local construction partners, tracks timelines and budgets, and keeps the founding team and investors informed at every stage.
