How Every Project Moves Forward
Every location in our pipeline follows the same rigorous process before a single investor euro is committed.

1. Identify & Option
We scout the site, assess development potential, verify title, and negotiate an option agreement — securing the land without requiring full purchase capital upfront.
2. Approve & Structure
We engage local legal counsel, initiate planning and permitting research, and structure the SPV ready for investor onboarding — bringing you a deal that is legally and financially prepared.
3. Build & Own
We open the deal to our investor community, pool capital through the SPV, appoint a local construction partner, and manage the full build through to community handover and rental operations.
